Love, Faith, & It’s Okay

Turning your eye with love and kindness inward is a practice. It is a willful initiative that you are undertaking daily. And it allows you to see kindness in the universe.

The more love and trust you can have in yourself every day, the more that you notice those things in your day to day. You align your being with that energy, and as you call it in, you notice it around you. And in that way, your universe alongside you creates your day to day. By giving your attention and mind to love for yourself, then others, you are able to put that out into the universe, you are able to create more of it every day. 

For example, when you are coming from a place of love and your well is full, you are able to notice and help others. For example, you might find a baby and a mother and in your light and brightness feel aligned to commit a kind act. You might buy the baby a lollipop, or help the mother carry the stroller down to a train platform, or offer a smile or kind word along the way. You never know how much of an impact any of these things could have: on their day, on the universe, or on the lives around you. Or how that kindness might pass onto other things: to the baby believing they deserve love, to the mother believing that she deserves help, to you realizing that you are a kind and loving person full of love, who deserves the best in return.


Yeah, I said it. You do. And not for what you’re doing now, but for who you are. There is no baggage that you have to carry with you. Give yourself a blank slate, and choose this as the first moment of loving yourself; try, every day. That’s all.

HEALING

You deserve to heal from your past. You deserve to heal from your pain.

You deserve healing services, support from others, and to let go of your past. You don't have to understand it to make peace with it. To realize it doesn't have to impact you anymore, or determine where you're going.

You deserve to operate from a place of faith and love in yourself and the universe. To know that the universe is holding you like a baby in a blanket. To feel wrapped up in its warmth and comforting presence.

You deserve to do that.

Maybe tarot, crystals, reiki healing, or affirmations/meditations can help you on your journey. Maybe making friends that understand you calls and speaks to your soul.

Working through your limiting beliefs - reasons why you can’t, why you’re not destined to - will aid on your journey. Will lead you to growth. Perhaps you can meditate on this, or use cannabis or psilocybin. Whatever your approach, take it with care, and be led by your highest good.

In any way, feel free to do what you are led to and not feel shame around it. It doesn’t impact the appropriateness of an activity for you to do if others are put off by it. It means that one of your lessons is letting go of what others think, and putting their opinions past you. What does matter is not judging yourself on your journey full of love. 

OTHERS


You'll know when others are for you because they'll genuinely support you, over time. You won't need to dim your light in their presence. They'll see you, and support you, and love you as you are.

ACT AS YOU ARE


Some days, it may be harder to be your bright self. I know sometimes I want to frown at others’ instead of smiling at them. Anything can be felt with practice. How you choose to act - even if you don’t feel like it, is who you are. So I just do what my higher self would do - smile through the pain, have patience, be a blessing: and watch my blessings unfold in turn.
